By accessing or using MovingQuotation.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or submits information through our platform.
2. Description of Service
MovingQuotation.com is a lead generation and referral platform. We are not a licensed moving company and we do not perform moving services. Our service connects consumers who are seeking moving quotes with licensed, insured moving companies (our "Mover Network") who may contact you with pricing and service information.
By submitting a quote request, you understand and acknowledge that:
- You will be contacted by up to 5 licensed moving companies via phone, email, or text message
- MovingQuotation.com does not guarantee the quality, pricing, availability, or performance of any moving company in our network
- Any moving contract you enter into is solely between you and the moving company you select
- MovingQuotation.com is not a party to any agreement between you and a moving company
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By submitting a quote request, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into service agreements for moving services at the address(es) provided.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting a quote request. Providing false information (including fake contact details, incorrect addresses, or fabricated move dates) may result in your request being flagged and removed from our system. Misuse of the platform to generate fraudulent leads is prohibited.
5. Consent to Contact (TCPA)
By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box, you expressly consent — under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) — to be contacted by MovingQuotation.com and/or matched moving companies at the phone number and email address you provided. This includes:
- Automated or pre-recorded phone calls
- SMS and MMS text messages
- Email communications
Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by contacting the specific moving company or emailing us at contact@movingquotation.com.

6. No Guarantee of Quotes or Service
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that you will receive quotes from any specific number of moving companies. Availability depends on your move route, date, home size, and mover availability in your area. MovingQuotation.com makes no representations about the competitiveness, accuracy, or completeness of any quotes you receive.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Test or probe our systems for vulnerabilities
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
8. Intellectual Property
All content on MovingQuotation.com — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of MovingQuotation.com and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MOVINGQUOTATION.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT ENDORSE, WARRANT, OR GUARANTEE ANY MOVING COMPANY IN OUR NETWORK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOVINGQUOTATION.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR FROM ANY MOVING COMPANY'S ACTS OR OMISSIONS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MovingQuotation.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party services (such as TrustedForm for consent verification, analytics providers, and advertising platforms). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MovingQuotation.com is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
